• HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE LIP PRODUCTS FROM YOUR LIPS?
  A make-up remover wipe or make-up remover liquid that can be used for lips can be used to remove products.

  Absolutely! Yes, we have our Bold colors but we also have our “less bold” colors as well, for any look day or night, we have lippie colors for everyone.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
  Our distributor is in Canada, therefore, depending on your shipping selection, between 7-10 business days, which might seem like a long time, but it’ll be worth the wait.

• WHY ARE THE BOLD COLORS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE BASIC COLORS?
  We originally started the Keep It Glossy brand because you could always find your basic colors in a store or online but hardly ever find your bold colors, which are in a higher demand. The bolds are only a couple of dollars more but all of our products are reasonably priced compared to the costs out there of other brands etc.

• WHY DOES THE STICKER ON THE BOTTOM OF MY PRODUCT SAY A DIFFERENT NAME THAN WHAT I ORDERED?

Our distributor uses their own name & product number for their SKU identification of their products, but rest assured, our customized product names are on the front of our liquid lipsticks and glosses. For our solid lipsticks & lip liners, they unfortunately won’t have our customized names , which we are working to correct, but in the event that you feel you were not sent the correct color for any of our products, reach out to us via email and we can look into the matter.
